It's pumpkin patch season this fall!

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's finally cooling down just enough to enjoy all those pumpkin patch farms in the greater Houston area.

In Alvin, you can head to Froberg's Farm. On the weekends they have face-painting, hay rides and plenty of photo ops. Don't miss their corn maze.

It's $6 for general admission and additional fees apply for other activities.

Blessington Farms in Simonton, Texas is another popular spot this time of year! There are plenty of pumpkins and tons of activities. From fossil digs to hay rides and swings, there is something for every age. General admission tickets are $15.

Over in Spring, check out the pumpkin patch at the Old Time Christmas Tree Farm. The farm is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October.

It's $5 per person to visit, with an additional charge for tickets to enjoy activities.

Closer into town, check out Halter Incorporated's annual pumpkin patch fundraiser. There are plenty of pumpkins, with pony rides and a haunted trail.

It's $5 for the kids and adults are free!

Keep in mind at these pumpkin patches, most activities and pumpkins are an additional cost after the entrance fee.
